Installation of bi-fold doors

This project involved the removal of a load-bearing wall, replaced with a steel RSJ to ensure structural integrity. We also widened an external wall opening to accommodate a new bi-fold door, supported by a custom-fabricated steel lintel. Throughout the process, all work was completed to the specifications and instructions of the building inspector and structural engineer, including fire lining and plastering to meet regulatory standards.
